Subscription and Billing Terms

These terms apply to paid plans for Dersoma, MB. Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe's terms and privacy notice apply on Stripe-hosted pages.

1. Plans and Pricing

• Monthly: EUR 5.99 per month.
• Yearly: EUR 55.08 per year (equivalent to EUR 4.59 per month).

Prices are shown inclusive of applicable VAT where Stripe calculates and displays tax at checkout. The price, currency, taxes, and any discounts shown by Stripe at checkout prevail over marketing copy elsewhere if they differ.

2. Billing and Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before renewal. Stripe charges your payment method. Dersoma receives billing metadata (status, period end, identifiers), not your full card number.

3. Digital Content and Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)

Premium access is digital content / a digital service supplied immediately after payment. Where applicable law requires, you may be asked to acknowledge that you lose the statutory withdrawal right once performance begins, or that withdrawal may be limited after you access premium features. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived still apply.

4. Cancellation and Changes

Manage your subscription in the Stripe Customer Billing Portal (in-app "Manage billing" where available). Cancellation stops future renewals; premium access typically continues until the end of the current paid period unless law requires otherwise.

To delete your account, cancel recurring billing first. Deletion may be blocked while an active paid period is still running.

5. Refunds

Outside mandatory consumer rights, we generally do not refund partial periods already paid. Contact support with invoice details if you believe a charge is incorrect.

6. Price Changes

We give notice as required by law and Stripe rules before price changes affect renewals.

7. Fair Use (Premium AI)

Premium includes AI-powered full analyses and weekly check-ins. To keep the service sustainable, each account has fair-use limits (currently 3 analyses per UTC day and 30 per UTC calendar month, counting full analyses and check-ins together). If you reach a limit, wait until the daily or monthly reset or contact support if you believe there is an error.

One subscription is for one person. Do not share login credentials. We may enforce limits and restrict accounts that show signs of sharing or automated abuse.

8. Consumer Rights

Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
