Dersoma, MB (JAR 307658420) is committed to making the Dersoma web application (dersoma.com) accessible to people with disabilities. This statement describes our current accessibility measures, known limitations, and how to request assistance or report barriers.

1. Conformance status

We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. Based on our internal review as of the date above, the service is partially conformant: most core flows work with keyboard and assistive technologies, but some areas still need improvement (see section 4).

Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

2. Accessibility measures we have implemented

  • Skip link to main content on every page.
  • Semantic HTML landmarks, including labelled bottom navigation with current-page indication.
  • Text alternatives for key informational images where applicable.
  • Visible focus states and keyboard-operable controls on primary actions.
  • Descriptive labels on icon-only buttons across major screens.
  • Respect for prefers-reduced-motion to reduce non-essential animation.
  • Readable colour contrast on primary text and buttons in main user flows.
  • Legal, privacy, and medical disclaimers available in English and Lithuanian.

3. Technical specifications

Accessibility relies on HTML, WAI-ARIA, CSS, and JavaScript working together with your browser and assistive technology. We test with current versions of major desktop and mobile browsers.

4. Known limitations

We are actively working to address the following:

  • Some secondary screens and modals may not yet expose full ARIA descriptions.
  • Camera and photo-capture flows depend on device capabilities and may be difficult on some assistive setups.
  • Not all third-party embeds (e.g. payment checkout) are fully under our control.
  • Some translated content in languages other than English and Lithuanian may not yet be reviewed for plain-language clarity.
  • A formal third-party WCAG audit has not yet been completed.

5. Feedback and contact

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need content in an alternative format, contact us at [email protected]. Please include:

  • The page or feature where you experienced the barrier.
  • Your browser, operating system, and assistive technology (if used).
  • A brief description of the issue.

We aim to respond within 5 business days and to propose a reasonable remediation timeline.

6. Enforcement procedure

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the State Data Protection Inspectorate of the Republic of Lithuania (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija): vdai.lrv.lt. In other EU/EEA countries you may also use your national equality or consumer enforcement body.

7. Continuous improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review new features before release, fix reported issues, and plan periodic audits. This statement will be updated when significant changes are made.
